This explains what is collected, why, and what you can ask to be done about it. It is short because very little is collected.

The Licensor operates this personally. There is no team and no analytics department.
Your first name. Asked at the start of the assessment. It is used to address you in your report and in the programme emails, and nowhere else.
Your assessment answers. Thirty statements about how you eat and how you feel about eating. They are used to build your report and, if you join, your personal programme — which daily episodes you receive and in what order. The assessment is free and is taken before any payment. Until you join, your answers are stored with no email address attached to them.
Your email address. Asked once, at the moment you join the programme, because that is where the programme is delivered. It is not asked for before that, and the assessment does not require it.
Payment confirmation from lava.top. When payment is made, lava.top sends a confirmation containing your email, a transaction identifier and the payment status. Card numbers and banking details are never seen or stored by the Licensor. They remain with lava.top and its payment providers.
Visit statistics. The site uses Yandex Metrica to count visits and see which pages people open. It records the usual technical details — pages viewed, time, approximate location, browser and device type, referring link — and stores a randomly generated visitor identifier in a cookie on your device, so that repeat visits are counted as one visitor rather than several. This identifier is not linked to your name, your email or your assessment answers.
Ordinary server logs. The fact that a page was requested, when, and from which address.
Your answers describe eating habits and feelings about food. Depending on where you live, some of this may be treated as health-related information under applicable law.
These answers are used only to build your report and, if you join, your programme. They are never sold, never shared with advertisers, and never used to build a profile of you for any purpose other than delivering what you bought.
Your programme and report are assembled automatically from your answers. No decision with a legal or similarly significant effect is made about you by that process.
If you would rather not be counted in the visit statistics at all, you can block the counter with a browser extension, or use the opt-out Yandex provides at yandex.com/support/metrica/general/opt-out.html. Nothing about the programme changes if you do.
Where the GDPR applies:
Where Russian law applies, processing is carried out on the basis of clause 5, part 1, article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006, as processing necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party.

That is the complete list. No one else receives your data.
Your assessment answers and report are stored on a server in Germany. Because the Licensor is registered in Russia, they are accessible from there.
Your personal data is not passed to any external artificial intelligence system. The audio in the programme is pre-recorded; nothing you enter is sent to any AI service.
If you join the programme. Three months after payment, your data is deleted. Not archived, not anonymised and kept anyway — deleted. You do not have to ask for it.
If you take the assessment and do not join. Your first name, your answers and your report are deleted three months after you take the assessment. No email address is attached to them at any point, so there is nothing to write to and nothing to add you to.
What is deleted: your first name, your assessment answers, your report, your episode pages and, if you joined, your email address — from the programme's database and from the email service that sent your daily emails. Copies of them held in routine server backups are overwritten as those backups rotate.
What is not deleted, and why:
If you want everything gone sooner, write and ask. It is deleted the same way, just earlier — except the transaction record above. If you never joined, include the link to your report: it is the only thing that identifies your answers, because no email address is attached to them.

If you are in the EU or UK, these are your rights under the GDPR, and you may also complain to your national data protection authority.
If you are in California, you have the rights granted by the CCPA, including the right to know, to delete, and to opt out of sale — although, as stated above, data is not sold. You will not be treated differently for exercising any of these rights.
Write to info@julia-nutrimind.com. Requests are answered personally, usually within a few days.
Note: requesting deletion while your programme is running ends the programme, because delivery depends on that data.
The site runs over an encrypted connection. Access to the server and database is restricted to the Licensor. Payment details never reach these systems at all. Organisational and technical measures are applied to protect personal data against unlawful or accidental access.
No system is perfectly secure, and no claim is made otherwise. What can be said is that the amount of data held here is deliberately small, which is the best protection available.
The programme is for adults. It is not intended for anyone under 18, and data is not knowingly collected from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided their information, write and it will be deleted.
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Substantive changes affecting people currently in the programme are notified by email.
