View the GuideI haven't written in a while, but I wanted to share an update. There was a really long plateau, but I've now gotten down to 93 kg (I started at 107 kg with you). My eating has changed a lot over the past six months, and I've corrected a lot of mistakes along the way. I'm not planning to lose any more — I'm completely happy with where I am. Thank you!
A huge thank you to Julia for the nutrition masterclass. She's a wonderful specialist with a genuinely interesting approach — she covered common myths about diets and shared great techniques that help you get lasting results. I recommend her to everyone.
I've been working with Julia since June, and in a short time I've gained not just solid knowledge about nutrition, but also the motivation to stick with a healthy diet. My weight loss so far is 8-9 kg, and that's just a midpoint, since I'm continuing to follow Julia's advice.
I stepped on the scale today — minus 10 kg since I started working with you. First goal reached!!! And I'm going to keep going in that direction, because my next goal is another 10 kg. Most importantly, thanks to you, I now know how to eat properly. Thank you again!!! ❤️
I'm a nutrition and weight-loss consultant who works within a biopsychosocial approach. That means I help solve the problem of excess weight comprehensively — addressing the biological, psychological, and social sides of your life.
I trained at Precision Nutrition, a top Canadian school, where I spent three years studying multiple fields: nutrition science, physiology, the psychology of eating behavior, the psychology of change, and stress and recovery management. I studied how nutrition and emotions, body and mind, and personal habits and social environment are all connected.
Every two years I renew my Precision Nutrition Certified credential, which qualifies me to work in the US and Canada. My practice is based on nutrition guidance from official international and national public health organizations.
We'll meet over video calls, where we'll look at your nutrition, habits, and skills, identify what needs attention, find ways to solve it, plan daily steps and practices, and work through them together with my full support.
The process is built on gradual, step-by-step adjustments to your eating habits — the pace is always individual and depends on many factors. Weight loss happens gradually with this approach, but the results last.
That depends on your starting weight and your body's individual characteristics. The result depends 50% on your effort and 50% on mine, so it can only be roughly planned in advance.
I always calculate the expected pace of weight loss during our first consultation.
I understand that "before and after" photos might make you feel more confident about deciding to work with me. But in practice, people are often happy to look at other people's results while not wanting to be the ones putting their own body on public display — even with their face hidden.
The first principle of my work is respect for my clients, confidentiality, and a gentle approach. I know very well that the process of normalizing weight often comes with difficult feelings, self-consciousness, and painful comparisons to others. That's why I do everything I can to make sure you feel comfortable and safe while working with me, and I never ask clients for photos for marketing purposes.
If a consultation didn't meet your expectations, let me know within 24 hours after it ends, and I'll give you a full refund.
Payment for a one-time consultation is made at the time of booking. Refunds are issued if a prepaid session is cancelled more than 24 hours before it's scheduled to start. After that window, refunds are no longer available, but the consultation can be rescheduled.
Missing a scheduled appointment is not grounds for a refund.
