Your brain and body are constantly interacting. One simple thought can trigger a whole chain of reactions and shape your actions and their consequences. A thought triggers a certain emotion → that emotion in turn triggers a physiological response in your body → under the influence of thoughts, emotions, and bodily reactions, you take action → and those actions lead to a result → that result is your weight.
